API 650 – Welded Steel Tanks for Oil Storage

This standard is the most widely used design code for atmospheric storage tanks. This course aims to give technical knowledge to engineers who intend to be involved in design of storage tanks used in oil, gas, and petrochemical industries. In this course a comprehensive examination of the requirements of API-650 including design, materials, fabrication, erection, and inspection of storage tanks will be presented. Furthermore, the seismic and wind load calculations will be trained.
